About one thousand General Motors workers at back on the job in mid-Michigan.  The 2nd shift at the Lansing Delta Township plant resumed operations on Tuesday--the plant shut-down for about a week after there was a shipping issue with a supplier in India.  The return will be short-lived, however.   The plant will close for several weeks in December as it gets ready to produce the Chevy Traverse.
